🚗 Parking Information

✔ Guests may park in the driveway located on the right side when facing the house. Please drive carefully, as the driveway is narrow, and be sure not to block the sidewalk to avoid possible parking tickets.



✔ Free street parking is also available overnight. Please pay close attention to posted signs and avoid parking near driveways or the fire hydrant, as towing regulations are strictly enforced. For the safest parking experience, avoid the open section near the hydrant and park only on the west side of the street facing uphill.

For families, Herman Park sits right at the end of the block, offering a welcoming space for all ages with a playground, swings, picnic areas, a splash pad, a basketball court, and an open field for kids to run and play freely.



Getting Around:

There is a convenient bus route that runs from Crocker Park in Westlake along Detroit Road all the way to downtown Cleveland. Along the way, there are multiple stops on Detroit Road (just one block up the hill). For schedules, routes, and real-time updates, check the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority.



In the area, you’ll also typically find plenty of electric scooters available for rent via the Bird - Ride Electric app, which shows nearby scooter locations directly on the map.



You’re also within walking distance to many shops, restaurants, entertainment venues, and nearby parks.



Street parking is generally plentiful throughout the neighborhood as well.

✹ Strictly no smoking, parties, or large gatherings. Violation will result in immediate removal from the property.



✹ Furniture must not be moved or rearranged.



✹ Check-in: 4:00 PM onwards | Check-out: 10:00 AM

Late check-out fee: $65/hour (after 2 hours: $130/hour)



✹ Only registered guests are allowed on the property.



✹ Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM (especially outdoors)



✹ Damage & violation fees may apply:

Exterior cameras are installed for property monitoring. A noise monitoring device is also in place indoors.
