The house was very clean and comfortable for our family of 4 2 dogs. We had a great time, and even got to swim in the pool a little. The grill was missing a propane tank when we arrived but a quick note via the VRBO and they brought one over right away. Overall clear communication. I recommend Rain or Shine and would stay again.

This place is perfect for a couple/few guests. Really comfortable, clean, and right by the park and route to the beach. We love this sub and stay here often. 2 points of feedback. The price is high for what it is. I would definitely stay here again if that was better, but only booked this as it was literally the last place in the sub and I missed a similar place, slightly smaller for a couple hundred less by hours. Secondly, the Folgers and other coffee in the cabinet expired, so cleaning staff really needs to get that out and it would be ideal to have some good coffee as I have had at other places for day one, especially at this price point. I left it on the counter in hopes they would throw it out. Otherwise, the place really is perfect with very comfy beds and super quiet with a nice park view.

We traveled and stayed at Rain Or Shine - two families with 2 teenagers. The house is clean, well furnished and has many amenities including access to a community pool and a short walk to the beach (less than 5 min). We loved our stay, plan to return and would recommend it to others.
