Very conveniently located for a quick rest overnight between trains. Good communication and instructions from host. Snacks and coffee were a bonus!
The elevator was temporarily out of order which made hauling luggage up 6 levels more work than I was anticipating.

For my purposes, the proximity to the train station was very good, but people who are looking for a less congested area it wouldn’t be ideal. The breakfast at the bar was a very typical Italian breakfast experience
The hotel is on the 6th floor (5th in Italy) of the building and you need to have a 10 centissmi coin to operate the elevator. In days of contactless payments, I didn’t have the coins. It is a long walk up the stairs when you return after the opera. Going down in the morning for breakfast isn’t as bad as going up, but if you’re not great with stairs, this may not be the best option for you. Pay to ride is not an uncommon phenomenon in Naples, so you might want to lay in a supply of coins.
