El personal es muy atento, la ubicación buena y el hostel está bastante bien y tenía varias zonas comunes muy agradables.

En la habitación triple la cortina estaba colocada de tal forma que el agua de la ducha se escapaba por todo el baño que quedaba con mucha humedad, sería mejor una cortina más adecuada a ese plato de ducha. Nosotros éramos gente que nos levantábamos temprano y la mayoría de excursiones te recogían sobre las 7:30, para nosotros hubiera sido ideal que los desayunos comenzasen a las 7, no pudimos probar el desayuno normal en las 4 noches que estuvimos ahí, pero sin embargo siempre tuvieron el detalle de darnos un desayuno empaquetado todos los dias. Indican que el ruido debe acabar a las 22:30 sin embargo algún día continuaba después de esa hora e incluso una noche sobre las 23:45 nos despertaron otros huéspedes intentando entrar en nuestra habitación, quizás por confusion. Me gustaría que exigieran el mismo nivel de silencio a las 22h que el que piden a las 7 de la mañana. Nos hubiera gustado que el nórdico fuera mas fino en octubre ya que era muy cálido y teníamos que poner el aire acondicionado. Pero tanto el edredón como las camas eran cómodas.

I had a wonderful 4-night stay here and honestly felt very comfortable from the moment I arrived. Marrakech can be extremely hot during the summer, but one of the best things about this property is that, being an authentic riad, it stays naturally cooler and very pleasant inside. The whole property is also exceptionally clean and calm, with plenty of toilets and shower rooms, so everything feels convenient and well-organized. There is a lovely common living room where guests and the managers naturally gather, making it very easy to meet people, have conversations, and enjoy a friendly atmosphere. The rooftop is also spacious and offers a beautiful view, a perfect place to relax. The room was clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning made it easy to keep the temperature exactly as we wanted. The breakfast was also very good and served professionally. But what truly made my stay special was the people. A very special thank you to Lahcen, the manager, who was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. He was genuinely more like a friend than a manager. You can immediately see how dedicated and diligent he is in his work, and his kindness really adds something special to the whole experience. I also want to thank the owner, who was equally warm, welcoming, and kind. He was always checking if we needed anything and would occasionally serve us tea and delicious drinks, which created a lovely feeling of being welcomed into someone’s home rather than simply staying at a hostel. Overall, this place has a beautiful balance of authenticity, cleanliness, comfort, and human warmth. I’m very grateful for the memories and would happily stay here again.
