The place was clean, spacious, and convenient. We appreciated having access to cooking facilities, complimentary coffee, drinking water, toiletries, and towels. The staff was also accommodating during our stay
Overall, our stay was pleasant. The only issue we encountered was regarding a missing slipper, which caused some misunderstanding during checkout. For future guests, it may be helpful to take a quick video of the unit upon arrival for documentation. Other than that, we had no major concerns. We also noticed that some guests mentioned the room felt warm, but in our experience, the air-conditioning worked well. The warmth seemed to come from the plastic mattress cover rather than the air-conditioning itself.

The location is nearby to the places we wanted to go. Additionally the caretaker is very responsive and able to cater to what our concern or needed.

La proximité avec le centre de San Juan était parfaite et les propriétaires et voisin étaient très sympas
La chambre était sale à notre arrivé. Et le logement donne sur une cour où il y’a chien qui hurlait tous les jours nous avons mal dormis.
