Très bon accueil, l'emplacement en plein coeur de la Medina, lit confortable, serviettes changées chaque jour, le petit déjeuner à emporter lorsque les départs pour les excursions étaient prévus avant l'heure du déjeuner. Navettes organisées pour l'A/R aéroport. Gentillesse et professionalisme de Mohamed.

L'établissement n'est pas très bien insonorisé, nos chambres étaient au rez-de-chaussée et si des personnes discutaient ou regardaient une vidéo dans le hall, nous entendions tout dans les chambres.

Mohamed est très sympa et disponible n'importe quand. Il nous a conseillé pour les visites et les activités. Il a géré les transports pour l'aéroport. Pas de prise de tête. Le confort de la chambre avec clim était la bienvenue. Les petits déjeuners complets et nous avons découvert des spécialités marocaines

Nous avons tout aimé ! Les propriétaires sont absolument adorables, et totalement t aux petits soins pour nous, la cuisinière hyper douée et que dire de Mohammed si ce n est qu il est exceptionnel. Le Riad est recent tres propre, au abors de la médina et pourtant au calme. C est un plongeon au cœur du vrai Marrakech unendroit sublime

2 ou 3 fauteuils pour se sécher près de la piscine seraient un plus

La taille des chambres

As a regular visitor to Marrakech for 20 years, I have stayed in many riads across the Medina. While this Riad offers an unusually large room, the comfort is very basic, and the service falls well below the standard expected for the price. Main disappointments: Hygiene & Smells: From arrival, a persistent sewage smell filled not only the bathroom but the entire room, making the stay unpleasant. Previous guests have mentioned this issue, yet it remains unresolved. Poor Welcome & Organization: After giving my name, I waited 20 minutes with no explanation. I was told the owner would arrive within 30 minutes, but he never appeared. The welcome felt impersonal and disorganized. Slow Communication: Although I speak fluent French and English, getting simple information about taxis, laundry, or Wi-Fi took far too long. Staff often seemed unsure how to respond. Service & Breakfast: Tea was served without asking my preference. I had to request honey instead of marmalade, and being charged €3 for a third (average) coffee felt unnecessarily petty, even though the fee was later removed after I complained. Comfort & Atmosphere: The Riad is in a dark, uninviting alley. Despite the spacious room, comfort is minimal (for example, no bedside tables), and the décor lacks warmth or character. A few plants or subtle fragrance could have helped offset the unpleasant odors. Overall, the generous room size cannot compensate for the lack of comfort, poor service, and unresolved hygiene issues. For this price, I expected a far more welcoming and professional experience. As an answer to the Riad owner to my comment: - If I would have known I could cancel the reservation I would have done so but I was not aware I could. - Your staff does not speak English or French I can confirm - It is a silly thing to say that guest have bad intention when staying at your place. I just travel to relax not to bother hosts - Providing a breakfast with limited bad coffee is not generous.
