100% sprawdzonych opinii8 / 10Doskonały·paź 2026
All staff are extremely friendly and helpful until the end. The service also fast as my room having an issue with the hot tap in the toilet. The room also clean and comfortable to sleep after long day. Also, the option of food for vegan guest.
As the grab cannot enter until the lobby, it is a bit struggle to bring luggage to the hotel. Choices of food for vegan. Maybe can prepare cereals and milk for vegan guests.

Great team and absolute value for money. One of the best team members who genuinely do their best to help any guest. Will surely stay next time again.
Thin walls so easy to hear next door. Car cannot come inside as the lane is small and have to walk. For family travelling this might pose an issue.

I must say that all of the staff are very helpful, friendly, and nice. I also love the colors and the decoration of the hotel. All of the staffs from NIk Thi Sach to Nik Nguyen Trai are wonderful and nice .
I only have one suggestion: please offer more breakfast options.
