Very pleasant stay in this comfortable apartment. Property is well maintained and arranged and we appreciate the efforts of the host to make it feel warm and homely, having everything we required provided for. Located in a great area with the entertainment district a short walk away and amenities and supermarket quite literally across the road. Key was collected easily and host did a great job of keeping intouch and making our stay comfortable and hassle-free.

Initially we were hearing a very loud 'wind' sound periodically in the main room which we were unsure to what this was or where it was coming from. Hpwever we put a towel down in front of the entrance door and the problem was solved immediately.

If I could give it 11 out of 10 I would. From the amazing communication and them getting up very early to let us in to the actual apartment i couldn't have chosen better. Amazing location, very spacious apartment with a great layout . Everything was provided, been to Melbourne a good few times but this was by far the best apartment I've stayed in. 5 mins walk to southbank restaurants and river, 10 mins easy walk to south Melbourne markets and less than 15 to Flinders Street. Will def be back. Highly recommend it.
