Staff, location and room.
Maybe having coffee available in the evening as you have available in the morning.

The rooms were nice and clean and had plenty of space. Beds were comfortable. We did enjoy our stay overall.
The only issue we had was our TV was not working, it wasn't connect someone, we call the front desk all she could tell us was to call them in the morning. We really wanted to watch tv that night and relax. Either way we spoke to the person at the front desk and said they would get a tech to look at it. They did fix is that morning. We also asked about getting a military discount and they said they would get message to the manager that was not there and never got a response.
