Location, easy walking

The location is convenient, especially once we figured out the overpass to the light rail station (Convention). It would've been helpful to have some instructions for this in the room, as Google maps was confusing to follow. The bed was very comfortable, and it was really helpful to have a kitchen and washing machine/dryer. The balcony was nice and gets afternoon sun, and a nice view over the rooftop garden of the neighbouring building. Wifi worked perfectly well. There is a pool, spa and sauna on the first floor (10 floors below), though we didn't end up using them.

The room was just a bit shabbier than expected for the price we paid. The bathroom didn't seem that clean, and there were shoes and plastic bags left in drawers. It wasn't very well provisioned, eg. the hand soap had been watered down so much it was barely soap, and there was only an odd assortment of peppermint & chai tea bags mixed together, no regular black tea. These things we didn't contact the host about, as its really what you expect to be done before you arrive, and by that stage we just went and bought our own tea. Instructions to collect the key were a bit confusing and it would've really helped to have more than one key; since you needed it for the lift too, it meant we couldn't really separate the whole time. The building is quite noisy due to the open plan hallways, so if someone is loud, you can hear it across all 12 floors. Over all, the room was adequate, but a bit below our expectations for the price.

Convenient locations in a historical building. Inside facilities are more well equipped than usual BNB. The bed was big and comfortable.

Finding the key lock box and getting a wheelchair elderly out into the building was challenging. The front gate was not covered and wheelchair lift was not functioning.
