First of all, the apartment enjoys an exceptional location right in the city center, just a few steps away from Bari Vecchia, Teatro Margherita, the central train station, bus stops, local markets, shops, and restaurants. Inside, the space is generally clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Overall, the apartment offers great value and convenience, and I would definitely consider staying here again. However, addressing these necessary repairs and maintenance issues would significantly elevate the guest experience.

Areas for Improvement: Door Lock: The front door lock is difficult to operate. It features an old-style mechanical key that requires a significant amount of trial and error and good luck to successfully lock or unlock. Balcony Conditions: The outdoor balcony area requires a deeper clean, and the rusted chair needs either a fresh coat of anti-rust paint or a full replacement. Maintenance Details: Several minor fixtures need attention, including a loose door handle that recently detached ,some visible mold in the shower grout, broken lamp

It was in a good location and the space was comfortable. The washer was older but worked, hand drying was easy. More Laundry soap should have been available.

The kitchen had hardly any plates/bowls etc. It had a dishwasher and only 2 thin plastic plates and one slighly curved one and 1 small bowl. Not enough to run it. There were no cleaning supplies to clean pots or the floor. The floor were very dirty and had clearly not been washed.
