We arrived there very late as our flight landed around 11pm. They organised a chauffer to pick us up and bring us straight to the hotel. They also offered us to purchase tickets for tourist sites but we declined as I had an elderly mother with me. Also when my mother wanted to purchase something, they contacted the supplier which was beyond their normal duty. Our family loved the quality of the quilt and towels that was at the hotel. We also loved the breakfast which was a mix of Chinese and Western. I would definitely visit the hotel again.
Nothing to do with the hotel, but the humidity of the area.
