There was some confusion when we arrived at the apartment complex as to how to enter the complex but after some "whats app" conversations we managed to find the apartment and the keys. On arrival we did not have an iron or toaster in the apartment but again after some "whats app" messages that was remedied by the arrival of a toaster and iron on the same evening, so good service.
