All of the staff were really friendly and helpful. I really liked that we had ambient lighting in the rooms (the bedside lights). The atmosphere in the cafe/restaurant was really calming and peaceful and it smelled delicious. Super close and easy walk to the New Market mall, buses, and train station. Very cozy and crisp looking room, great value for money.
Breakfast didn't have many options for me as someone with quite a few dietary requirements (gluten intolerant/lactose intolerant) Traffic and noise from outside can be quite loud and can keep you awake/ wake you up prematurely in the morning, even with the windows closed.

Location was great. Room was pretty good.
$15 for parking. Breakfast could use an improvement. Soundproofing from traffic. Thicker glass or better sealing.
