Close to our tour of the Vatican. A lot of restaurants and shops nearby.
Not having someone there to greet us and help us get into the room and also letting us know about the AC. The shower did not drain very well so you end up standing in water. I know room is small but maybe a chair to sit on in the bigger room.

The location is perfect! Really nice neighborhood, close to the ottaviano metro sattion and also to the vatican! Confortable beds, we stayed in the cuadriple room and was big enought for the 4th of us
The cleanliness! The towels had a smell of vinegar reaally strong and it was uncomfortable to use them! Also, it says hotel, but it does not have housekeeping! We had 2 rooms and the second was to close to a box gym and you could hear everything!
