Great communication, no surprises. Was provided the code to the property the day prior to the stay. Had a small issue with connecting the tv's to Roku/Amazon stick but figured it out. The table for dining was smaller than expected. There were six chairs but to comfortably eat there, the table really sits four people. Just a small inconvenience.
Nothing comes to mind. Always looking forward to staying here!!

Close to the beach and spacious.
There’s some noise, every time we flash the toilet.

Great location. My go-to place in Jacksonville Beach, FL. Only a few steps from the boardwalk to enjoy the ocean. The property is very comfortable and roomy. Well equipped with kitchen essentials, towels, and toiletries. Even had a wagon of beach chairs and beach toys available for use. Great place to stay anytime of the year.
Nothing to list here.
