The primary bedroom features two queen beds plus a twin bed and its own ensuite bathroom—an especially convenient setup for families.

The second bedroom offers another queen bed, while the third bedroom has two twin beds plus a futon.

Additional sleeping space is available on the sofa bed in the living room.

With three separate bedrooms and two full bathrooms, the apartment gives larger families and groups considerably more flexibility than a typical city apartment.

Parking: On-site parking is limited and available by request. A public parking lot is located nearby, and street parking may also be available. Because Condado is highly walkable and Uber is widely available throughout San Juan, many guests choose not to rent a car.

Building: This apartment is located in a multi-unit building with shared common areas, including the courtyard, outdoor shower, and coin-operated laundry.

Neighborhood: Condado is a lively urban neighborhood, so some city and street noise is possible.

We ask all guests to respect quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM and be considerate of other guests and our neighbors.

As with many tropical destinations, occasional insects and temporary utility interruptions can occur. If anything needs attention during your stay, please let us know right away so our team has the opportunity to help.

We work hard to keep everything in great condition, and if anything isn’t quite right during your stay, we’ll respond quickly to fix it. In the rare event something can’t be repaired, or an issue is truly beyond our control, we’ll explore other options — but please give us the opportunity to make things right first. We strive to provide a 5-star experience for all of our guests.

- Quiet time is from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM
- Keep it cozy and considerate! No loud parties or noises.

4. No Smoking:
- Smoking is a no-no inside our apartments or premises.
- A $200.00 fee will be charged if air cleaning is needed.

5. No Pets:
- Sorry, but pets aren’t allowed.

6. Front Gate Security:
- For your safety, please keep the front gate locked at all times.

7. Key Policy:
- Lost your key? Replacement costs $100.00.

8. Liability:
- We’re not liable for injury, damage, or loss of your personal belongings. Stay safe!

9. Garbage Disposal:
- Dispose of your garbage in the large bins out front.
- Let’s keep the place clean and tidy!

10. Parking:
- If you were assigned a spot, stick to your assigned parking spot, please!
- Don’t park on the neighbor’s sidewalk—there’s a $75.00 fine for that.
- We’re not responsible for your vehicle, so park with care!

11. No Illegal Activity:
- Keep it legal and respectful—no illegal activity allowed.

12. Kitchen Courtesy:
- Return the kitchen just like you found it—clean and ready for the next meal!

13. No Hanging Items:
- Please don’t hang towels, swimsuits, or clothes on the balconies. Use the hooks in the laundry room instead.

14. Owner’s Right to Entry:
- We may enter the premises to protect, inspect, show, or make repairs as needed.
