Very well appointed accommodation. We lacked for nothing. Village is maybe 50 yds from our door.Beds were comfy. Living area had great views of the ocean which was 25 yds from patio.Kitchen had everything you could possibly need.Our next visit will definitely stay at this property!

This is a great property. The location is perfect for those looking to walk to the village or to the lighthouse. Super clean and well equipped with everything you would need. The patio is the real benefit of staying here. The views of the channel and a cross breeze in the shade are excellent.Two constructive criticisms, the pet fee is 250.00 per animal which is egregious imo.We chose this unit because we could literally walk out the back door and make sure they had frequent walks, opportunities to go outside, etc.My mistake for not understanding this fee beforehand.Secondly, another owner who kept his 911 under a car cover for three days decided to move into a parking spot we had been using. Such a petty move, and completely unnecessary.If you don’t have pets, worth the money…
