We had a wonderful time! We loved how comfortable the beds were to sleep in! We also loved being able to check in early and have a late check out when requested! We had a great time cooking in the kitchen, grilling on the barbecue, and playing games next to the fire. The response time with the property manager was excellent as well! We would recommend bringing or providing additional blankets to cozy up with on the couch.

The stay was pretty good. There were a few issues we had, but communication with the host was excellent and I felt they really cared and tried to remedy. We had a good time in Big Bear.
