The spacious living room also features a queen-size sofa bed, perfect for two additional guests, whether children or adults (additional charge applies). The modern, fully equipped open-plan kitchen makes preparing meals easy: large refrigerator, stovetop, oven, microwave, Italian coffee maker, toaster… everything you need is there. Not forgetting, there's a washing machine, a tumble dryer, and a dishwasher. For your outdoor meals, a barbecue is also available, ideal for extending evenings under the stars. The air-conditioned and ventilated living room is designed for convivial moments around the table or in front of the large television. The internet connection is fast and allows you to stay connected! The outdoor space has been designed for your relaxation and shared moments: a shaded terrace with a large table for 8 people, a welcoming outdoor lounge, sun loungers to enjoy the sun, a barbecue for your al fresco meals and, of course, a private swimming pool to refresh yourself at any time of day. For your security, the property is equipped with surveillance cameras all around the grounds, guaranteeing peace of mind throughout your stay. Three private parking spaces are reserved for you within the property. The house also has a safe, ideal for storing computers, tablets, passports, or any other valuables with complete peace of mind. Communication with travelers is conducted exclusively through the platform's messaging system to ensure clear and secure follow-up. A trusted concierge will be on-site to welcome you, hand over the keys, and remain available throughout your stay to answer your questions and ensure your comfort. For your comfort, the property has a 1700-liter water tank; however, we ask that you use water responsibly to preserve this precious resource. 🛋️ Sofa Bed The accommodation has a sofa bed that can be used as an extra bed. Bedding for this bed is provided only upon request at the time of booking, with an additional charge of 25 USD per person for groups larger than 6.
