After nearly 50 years of slumber, we’ve breathed new life into our old farm mill and converted it into a small but charming vacation home in 2022. It was especially important to us to blend old and new elements in a contemporary way. The high-quality solid wood floors and paneling, which give the house a cozy and warm character, are made from ash and fir trees from our own forest.
The cottage, which is approximately 40 m² in size, consists of a kitchen-living room with a wood-burning stove, a bathroom, and a bedroom on the upper floor. Sleeping arrangements include a double bed and a pull-out sofa. The living area is extended by a spacious porch with seating and a hammock. From there, you can access the mill’s garden and continue on to the meadows and forests in the immediate vicinity, where many little spots and terraces invite you to linger.

Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 7:00, and check-out is from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
