Great place for kids and family! Everything you need is right there or a trolley trip away! Only reason I did not give excellent is because of the gnats and bugs in villa and the rude neighbors across from us (live there year round).

We enjoyed our stay and this villa very much. I think the only issue was the king bed mattress may need replaced soon. Other than that, the place was clean, spacious and had everything we needed.
