There should be at least 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, 2 rolls of paper towels in the kitchen, and back up trash bags in the kitchen for a house that accommodates 10 people. The bike instructions lock release codes should have been made easily available with beach/pool access instructions without me having to search for it on my email. Paying over 5,000.00 for a 3 night stay should have met the above expectations. The house was charming and we loved the spacious downstairs area and porch area. We hope to rent it again

There was sand in the beds on arrival and an empty bag of chips by one bed. Several days into our stay we discovered the provided basket of folded beach towels were soaking wet. The bathroom pocket door fell off its hinges. The upstairs eagles nest bunk room for kids stayed extremely hot while other bedrooms are freezing. Location is fantastic though so we would consider returning!

Just FYI…the bunk room is on the 3rd floor accessible by a steep ladder with no air conditioning. It worked fine for us & the temperatures were thankfully moderate, but if we had toddlers or warmer weather, it would have been a problem.

House was clean and prime location
