The kitchen opens onto the balcony, which overlooks the town’s main street.
The master bedroom is spacious and decorated in light tones with traditional local fabrics. The white wrought-iron bed and the large window help create a serene and airy atmosphere. The equally spacious bathroom features a bathtub, sink, bidet, and a laundry area with a washer and dryer. The bathroom is windowless and does not have direct ventilation. The house is located about 1 km from the port of Arbatax and 1.5 km from the main beaches in the area. Supermarkets, shops, and restaurants are a short distance away. The most famous natural attractions, such as the Domus de Janas and the Gorroppu Gorge, are easily accessible by car.
A security deposit of €200 is required, which will be refunded at the end of your stay after the condition of the property has been inspected.
