The property was beautiful, large kitchen, plenty of space, and private access to the river. The master bedroom was especially comfortable with a grateful bathroom. The host was super responsive and made it a priority to ensure we had everything we need. The outdoor table was awesome for meals with the whole family, AC made the space cool despite really warm temperatures outside. Overall excellent experience

Great home, great view of river and great communication with the owner.

The moment you open the front door and step inside, the views take your breath away. The flowing open floor plan leads seamlessly to a wraparound deck, and beyond that, the Applegate River. This is an especially scenic stretch of the river, with sweeping 180-degree views both upstream and downstream.Open the windows and the sound of the flowing water instantly creates a sense of calm. Everything about this home—the layout, décor, furnishings, and thoughtful amenities—comes together to create a peaceful, relaxing sanctuary on the river. There were five of us, including our infant granddaughter, plus our two Labs. We especially appreciated how dog-friendly the property was, with treats waiting to welcome them and even poop bags provided. It's clear that pets are genuinely welcome here. The innkeeper was friendly, helpful, and attentive without ever being intrusive. We loved our stay. This was the perfect place for our family to gather, relax, and enjoy the beauty of the Applegate Valley. We left refreshed and already talking about coming back.
