We enjoyed our stay. Set up on the hillside above Homer, this property has amazing views of the bay and Homer Spit thru large open windows in the living room. Positives: -New home with modern appliances. Everything you could ask for including use of the washer and dryer. -Very clean-Extremely response host (The Arrival Co.) Responded to us on several accessions within the hour. -Again the VIEW!-Full use of the Jacuzzi on the lower deck that looks out over the bay. -Easy access to the town and restaurants. -Reasonably priced considering all that you get with this property Negatives:Only one and this may be because of my personal history with identity theft. During check-in you have to submit your Driver’s license, selfie, and have a background check thru Safely.com which is perfectly reasonable as the Host company is off site. I can understand this from the host’s perspective to protect their property. All this is outlined accurately in the description of the property on VRBO. However, I then had to submit my ID online a 2nd time to the host and sign a contract agreement separate from VRBO. The host company gave an understandable rationale for requesting this. They reiterated that it is stored on a secure site and automatically deleted after 24 months. This a legitimate company so I’m sure it will be fine but I can’t continue to do this at every VRBO around the world that I stay and risk identity theft again.Overall: Highly recommended. You won’t be disappointed.
