Topsl has changed its policies since we’ve been. You can’t use the amenities without a blue band which luckily our owner provided those. But the staff around the complex wasn’t very friendly. The bartender was rude. When we got to our condo they were doing construction that we didn’t know about. Wish it would have been stated before. Condo smelled like onions when we walked in because the dishwasher was broken with food in it. Unit had very limited cooking utensils. Couch smelled really bad and looked like throw up on it. Furniture was old and dated and no blankets. Also the condo had no rugs so the unit stayed dirty with sand. We did like the view from the balcony but was not impressed
