Very spacious, beach front balcony, well stocked kitchen. Covered parking (did not like 50.00 parking fee per car) Nice balcony furniture. Over all a good stay.

Our stay was very comfortable. Unfortunately the weather was not as cooperative as we would have liked. We did use the pool a couple of times. Our condo was very comfortable for 2 families. The only problem encountered was a loose faucet in master bath and a strong oder from water in the in law apt., we thought due to lack of use. But everyone enjoyed the arrangement

Many of the unit's furnishings are at the end of their life, i.e. the stove eyes took a long time to heat up; the refrigerator froze most of our food; the owner's suite bed was very uncomfortable; the owners suite bathroom faucet is loose; the area rugs are filthy, with the living room rug curling on the corner causing a trip hazzard; the non-stick pans caused everything to stick. Photos show the unit as beautiful; however, upon closer look, it is time for a refresh.
