The small vacation finca Can Daniel is located in the very north of the island of Mallorca, in a quiet, rural residential area, halfway between the historic town of Pollença and the long beaches of Puerto Pollença.
The recently built house is fully equipped and features a beautiful sun terrace right by the pool, surrounded by a well-manicured lawn.
There is also a covered patio with a large dining table and long benches.

There’s a ping-pong table for entertainment or exercise.
The pool is surrounded by a privacy hedge and a sun terrace tiled with natural stone.
Plenty of lounge chairs ensure our guests’ comfort.
The house is built at ground level. The open-concept living area is equipped with satellite TV and a DVD player.
The modern kitchen features a cooking island, dishwasher, microwave, glass-ceramic cooktop with oven, coffee maker, etc.
Three bedrooms are available to our guests:
1 with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom
1 with 2 single beds and
1 with 1 single bed,
which share a bathroom.

This vacation home is suitable for up to 5 people.
All bedrooms are air-conditioned/heated.

Finca Can Daniel offers a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside all the way to the distant mountain range near Artá.
The fine-sand beaches of Puerto Pollenca are just a few minutes’ drive away.
