The living room has vaulted ceilings, a queen pullout couch, a projector and soundbar for evenings in. The pullout offers an alternative sleeping arrangement; the home accommodates a maximum of six guests.



Three queen bedrooms

Each bedroom has a queen bed, Smart TV and frosted windows for privacy. One bedroom includes an electric sit-stand desk for remote work.



Kitchen and dining

Prepare meals in the full kitchen and gather at the dining table. Palm accents add a tropical touch.



Basement game room

A separate gathering space with a games table, hand-painted mural and welcome wall makes room for game nights and conversation.



Bathroom and laundry

One full bathroom with a bathtub-shower combination serves the home. A private washer and dryer are available for longer stays.



Outside

Guests have access to the fenced yard. Free street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Concrete stairs lead to the front entrance, and stairs connect the home’s levels. Free street parking is available first come, first served; there is no reserved onsite stall. Arrival instructions are provided before check-in.



The Neighborhood:

Stay in Ranchlands, a residential neighbourhood in northwest Calgary. Crowfoot offers restaurants, cafés, groceries and shopping, while nearby parks provide space to get outside. The location is a convenient base for visiting WinSport and exploring northwest Calgary.



Getting Around:

A car is convenient for exploring Calgary from Ranchlands. Crowchild Trail and Stoney Trail connect the area with other parts of the city. Local buses connect with the CTrain network. Free street parking is available first come, first served. Taxis and ride-sharing services are options for airport transfers.



Other Things to Note:

The home accommodates up to six guests and has one full bathroom. Stairs are required at the entrance and between levels. Street parking is shared with the neighbourhood and cannot be reserved. This is a smoke-free, pet-free home. Please respect neighbours during your stay.
