Reviewer Comments: This wes perhaps our eleventh year at Inlet Joy...excellent dock for fishing and crabbing, boat ramp for fisherman and just across the street from beach access on a non crowded portion of then beach. Excellent sunsets from the screened porch and a large enough backyard to fly a kite...

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home needs some updating, there's no water pressure in the master bath, sink clogged if you leave the little bit of water running. The 4th bedroom was not cleaned, and no linens were left for the bed. It was pricey for the condition of home but thought it would be easier with the boat landing for my husband, but you can only put in the boat and take out the boat on high tide.

Reviewer Comments: The Corley Family has stayed at Inlet Joy for many years and have loved it. For the last 5 years we have stayed 2 consecutive weeks. When I called to reserve our 2 weeks go next year, we were told that we could only have one of the weeks. With much disappointment from our family, we hav had to leave Garden City Realty and move on to a new chapter in our life 🙁 Also the grass was knee high when we arrived and still had not been cut when we left after our 2 week stay.
