The place was a perfect location, right near to the beach and all the local shops/ restaurants. The house had plenty of space for our entire group which is a very tall group, and is hard to find comfort in beds while traveling. Beds were comfortable and not cheaply made bed frames that we find in a lot of even higher end locations we stay in, that are just looking for a bed count. The kitchen was fully stocked to be able to cook and prepare, and a large fridge. There were plenty of bath towels provided for all of us. Had a great washing machine and dryer in the main part of the house as well as beach ones in the garage, for all the sandy items. We were able to enjoy the sauna, hot tub and pool daily, and movie room at times. The rooftop viewing is beautiful to see over everything. Great little neighborhood to be in.

There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like. There were detailed things that should be attended to for the value of the stay. The couches in the living room need a deep steam cleaning, there were dirt marks in certain areas of wear, but the couches were absolutely comfortable aside from the aesthetic dirt. Pillow cushions on the couch as well need a cleaning. The side rattan chairs in the living room are very worn as well. The movie rooms chairs are very worn. And the flooring in that room was either coming apart or is sinking, definitely needs to be changed out on the top row of the movie room. Things that were noticed but didn’t take away from the stay were marks on the walls where it looks like “end of season of rental” and needs a fresh coating of paint. The dishwasher had a cover missing from the handle screw, and the fridge needs a deep cleaning in the bottom. A lamp in the room with the bunkbed had a lampshade hanging on for dear life, prob should be switched out. The dining room rug has also been shredded on both ends. The room with the bunk bed had markings all over the floor by the ladder where it looks like the ladder scratched around on it. Again, none of these took away from the experience and how great the place was, just things that maybe should be changed and fixed before the next rental season to make it fresh feeling, and make the value perfect.
