It was fantastic! Spotlessly clean, very modern facilities and in a great location.

Excellent location right by the lovely Castle Park and two minutes from the high street Pubs, Cafes, Bars. It was easy to unpack the car outside the property and as my sister lives close by I left my car with her. Parking would be a possible concern, but there are low-cost car parks nearby. The little outside yard catches the sun and backs on to a lovely open space (Quaker cemetery) with huge graceful trees. Built on top of a Roman theatre [visit the tiny museum next door for fascinating glimpse into local history).

We didn't have a toaster so I bought one round the corner. Otherwise the house is well-equipped and comfortable.

De ligin was perfect. En hygiëne was top en dat maakt het verblijf heel aangenaam. Vlakbij Colchester Castle Park aanrader voor wandeling en mooie foto's

Location and decoration of the cottage was great the courtyard could have been swept lots of leaves but a great spot for coffee.

Cobwebs around the windows inside and out when you opened the windows.
