Location. Everything is walking distance. Quiet. Despite being close to everything. Clean and lots of space. We got everything we needed and more. I did suggest a microwave for maybe longer stays but for us, we did not bring any left overs so it was all good. Nicole was very responsive and even let us check in earlier because we have a toddler that did not sleep on our long flight.

N/A

The location is fantastic, the best for transportation, proximity to major attractions, restaurants, all services. Area looked very safe, no issues at all walking at night. Check in/checkout easy. Instructions were clearly and promptly communicated. Very quite inside, patio has the usual noise of the street, but when door is closed, very quite for a good nights's sleep. Bed and beddings were perfect. Bakery downstairs is awesome. We didn't cook at all but kitchen looked like it has everything one would need. Nicole was very quick to respond to inquiries.

Nothing

Despite being in the heart of the city, it was quiet at night. Surrounded by nice wine bars and walking distance to all major attractions. A bottle of wine on arrival and double airconditioners (very powerful) meant we were comfortable the whole time. Hosts were very contactable on whatsapp

Shower only had shampoo (no conditioner)
