Bab Akoul Palmeraie - Boutique Hotel & Spa

Le jardin est idyllique avec les oiseaux qui gazouillent et les fleurs d’hibiscus et les bougainvilliers . C’est très reposant de se mettre au bord de la piscine . Les chambres sont très spacieuses et bien décorées . Le personnel est très gentil .

Tout est très bien . Le petit déjeuner pourrait avoir un peu plus de choix mais il est très bon .

Een heerlijke plek om te relaxen buiten de stad. Lieve medewerkers, schone mooie kamers en fijne ligbedjes aan het zwembad. Echt een aanrader!

The grounds are very beautiful and well maintained. Most of the staff are very nice and helpful especially the waiters both during the day and in the evening.

The descriptions of the rooms when you book and what you actually get when you get there are different. We had booked a deluxe room which is meant to have its own seating area and also a jacuzzi tub. When we got into the room we had been put in one that did not match the description. On speaking to the staff they said the descriptions were wrong but the room we had booked was occupied on our first night but we could move into it for our second two nights. When we did move into it it still didn’t match the description- no jacuzzi tub. Which was disappointing. We were offered one evenings meals as compensation but the drinks (we had two non alcoholic drinks and some water) weren’t included. We paid a premium for our room but did not get the value of it. Rooms aren’t cleaned daily and there isn’t an option for room service. Food was decent but quite expensive for what it was. Also the taxi service they offer is highly overpriced 300MAD each way to go into the medina and back. 359MAF to the airport. We found a local taxi app roby and cost on there with local taxis was 120MAD each way. We were really looking forward to our stay at Bab Akoul but it was quite disappointing in the end.
