The studio was very clean, the bed sheets and the towels as well. We just stayed one night. I would recommend it for maximum 3 people. You can park for free on the street between 20:00 PM and 9:00 am. The neighbourhood is safe.
The building is located on a busy road, you can hear the cars during the night, so bring earplugs.

"Very nice apartment and excellent service. Location was fairly near a metro station and it had all the perks and amenities we were looking for. We had everything a family would need."
