The location is lovely, we have stayed at the Encore Resort before and found it a lovely secure place to stay. The houses are spacious and the pool is a must!

Sadly on this occasion, on arrival the outside space was untidy, it hadn't been weeded in sometime, the bbq was dirty and on the floor there were crisps, old used plaster - just unkept. We went out one day and the neighbours who were very noisy during there stay had appeared to have used our back garden and pool, as cans of drink had been left on the grass and pool toys had bee used. I reported this and the hosts were on it straight away and got this rectified. During the week we stayed we also found old drink bottles behind one of the bedside tables.
