100% sprawdzonych opinii10 / 10Wyjątkowy·wrz 2026
I loved the entire staff. Everyone was so kind and welcoming. I especially appreciated the doctor, the staff member who helped me, and the woman who cleaned my room—she was incredibly kind. Raya at reception was also so lovely. Everyone who works there was genuinely wonderful.
The property was excellent—10 out of 10. Whenever there was a problem, the staff came right away to clean it up or fix it.

The location was good and the area very quite and peaceful.
The TV was not really working as it was showing only one Chinese Channel and everything was in Chinese language. The TV remote was also in Chinese. I requested that they give us a TV remote written in English and they told me that all the TV remotes are in Chinese. They couldn't fix the TV as well so for my entire stay I couldn't even watch the news or anything. I found this completely unacceptable.
