Surrounded by 7,000 square meters of olive grove, fully fenced, the villa features a beautiful garden with a large swimming pool (10×7 m, depth: 120-160 cm, open from mid-May to mid-October) with a changing room, outdoor shower, and a spacious sun deck with a furnished gazebo and lounge chairs. The villa covers 180 square meters and is divided into two separate structures. Sleeping up to 8 people, this home is perfect for a vacation with a large family or a group of friends.
The building is arranged over two floors. On the first floor, there is a large living room with a fireplace, a flat-screen TV, and a spacious dining area, as well as a fully equipped kitchen (oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, moka pot, American coffee maker, toaster, kettle, microwave), a room with a foosball table, and a bathroom with a shower.
