Set right on the River Cam, this bright, open-plan home has been a much-loved family space and is perfect for anyone looking to enjoy a calm, riverside setting. The large garden backs directly onto the water — an ideal spot for morning coffee, family time, or simply watching the world drift by.

Inside, the house is designed for easy, sociable living. The kitchen, dining, and lounge areas flow together, making it a great space for both everyday life and having friends over. There’s a separate playroom to keep little ones entertained, and a full-size projector for cosy movie nights.

Upstairs and down, the house is filled with natural light thanks to large windows that make the most of the river views. The main bedroom and living areas look straight out onto the water, where you’ll often see rowing crews passing by, along with swans, herons, and ducks throughout the year.

This isn’t a staged or empty rental — it’s our home, rebuilt in 2022, and it’s set up to be lived in and enjoyed. You’ll find a well-stocked kitchen with utensils, condiments, and all the basics, as well as books to dip into and toys for visiting little ones.

Located in a friendly, well-connected area with easy access to local amenities, transport links, and beautiful walks along the Cam, it’s a place that feels peaceful while still being practical for day-to-day life.
