Additional Cleaning: The standard cleaning fee covers normal cleaning and turnover after your stay. If the property is left excessively dirty or requires extraordinary cleaning or additional labor beyond a standard turnover, additional cleaning charges may apply. Any applicable charges will be documented and submitted through the booking platform.



Smoking, Vaping & Odors: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the property. Guests are also responsible for preventing smoke, marijuana, or similar strong odors from entering or remaining inside the property, including through open doors or windows.
