A 1960s-style designer home—bright, with clean lines, and surrounded by greenery—brings clarity and a desire to embrace new chapters in life, as well as deep relaxation and creativity for others.

The spacious rooms, the light streaming in through the large windows, and the tree-lined garden create a very special atmosphere. There are nooks for reading, working, having long conversations, or simply sitting in silence and gazing at the greenery. The house combines the original charm of its era with modern amenities designed for extended stays and a comfortable home office.

It is a home designed primarily for adults, couples, and laid-back families who value tranquility, design, and a well-maintained environment. More than just a “base” for sleeping, it often offers more than you’d expect: time, space, and a special atmosphere for experiencing days that break away from the routine.

We take great care to preserve the energy of the place and the tranquility of the neighborhood. If you’re looking for a green retreat—full of character and style—where you can work, create, share, and perhaps change a little, this house will be just right for you.
