Villa Moll Moll enjoys a privileged location, just 50 metres from the well-known Cala Blanca beach, which can be reached in just 1 minute on foot.
The villa is distributed over a single storey and offers comfortable and functional interiors. It has three double bedrooms, all with air conditioning: one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, and the other two with single beds. In addition, it has a second full bathroom with a bathtub.
The property has a spacious independent kitchen, fully equipped with dishwasher, electric oven, ceramic hob and everything necessary for a comfortable stay. From the kitchen there is access to an interior patio, which provides abundant natural light to the entrance hall and connects to the laundry room. The kitchen also includes a dining area with a built-in bench and table.
The living area is spacious and bright, equipped with a large sofa, Smart TV, free wifi and large windows with direct access to the terrace.
Outside, the villa offers a large garden with private pool, spacious terraces and a built-in barbecue with pergola, ideal for enjoying the outdoors. In this outdoor area there is also a toilet with WC and sink, which provides an extra touch of comfort.

For groups made up of guests between 18 and 26 years old, a refundable deposit of €150 per person is required.
During local holiday periods, the Pentecost Festival and for stays between 15 and 30 June, the refundable deposit will be €300 per person.
The deposit must be paid by credit or debit card before arrival.
The amount will be refunded after check-out, once the property inspection has been carried out, provided that no damage has occurred and the house rules have been respected.
Tourist tax:
In accordance with the regulations of the Parliament of the Balearic Islands, the Sustainable Tourism Tax is applied to all guests staying in tourist accommodation in the Balearics.
If this tax is not included in the reservation price, it must be paid before arrival by card.
