This wonderful house has in its outdoor area a private pool (8 m x 4 m) surrounded by comfortable loungers so you can relax under the Mediterranean sun and its splendid climate. The terrace equipped with chairs and table is located on the first floor of the house where you can contemplate the exterior that surrounds it.
On this same floor, there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One of them has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, while the other two bedrooms have single beds. Next to the bedrooms, there is a bathroom with a bathtub. All bedrooms have access to the terrace and are equipped with air conditioning.
On the second floor is the main entrance to the house. In this same location is a bright living-dining room with two comfortable sofas, a television, and a spacious table ideal for sharing delicious breakfasts. The kitchen is fully equipped and, like the living room, has direct access to the terrace, which has outdoor furniture and a portable barbecue, perfect for enjoying unforgettable meals with family or friends. Both the living-dining room and the kitchen have electric heating.
Additionally, on this floor there is a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower. All rooms have air conditioning to ensure maximum comfort.
Just 300 meters away, you will find Alcanada beach, famous for its transparent waters and the beautiful views towards the lighthouse located on its small islet. Very nearby, you can also discover several quiet coves, perfect for disconnecting, relaxing under the sun or even engaging in water activities.
In the area, you have two restaurants and a small supermarket, and the renowned Alcanada golf course located just 500 meters away. If you want a more lively atmosphere, the Port of Alcudia is just a few minutes walking and offers a wide variety of bars, restaurants, and shops to enjoy both day and night. Next to the Port of Alcudia, you will find the famous Alcudia beach known for its extension and crystal-clear waters.
