I reach out before we left with no response to try to send video and pics of ants and gnats via cell phone due to it not loading in the app. The stay would have been better if we did not have to fight with ants crawling the whole time on the cabinet and killing gnats. No follow up about sheets for the pull out was given. The ones on there were dirty. So my girls had no sheet on there. Also there is water leaking I guess under bathroom sink because the rug stayed wet. Also I cleaned the coffee machine out full of dirt and ants floating in it. I did not even make coffee because I did not trust it. Location was GREAT! Nice set up but unfortunately these things cause my decision to never stay here again. Experience 6 out 10.
