One of the home’s most loved features is its two separate living areas/3rd bedroom, making it an excellent choice for families traveling with kids. While adults relax in the main living space, kids can enjoy their own hangout in the family room, complete with a second TV, games, DVDs, and a sleeper sofa. The house was nice. Granddaughter enjoyed the extra living room space for her own. I always like to do a puzzle with my mom on our trips. I brought one just in case there wasn't one. We left it as a gift to the house. Only thing that would be nice is instructions how to run the fireplace. I did not see any anywhere

Here’s a polished version that keeps your points but reads more clearly and professionally:The TV and internet service did not work for the entire duration of our stay. I contacted the Casago team on the night of our arrival, but unfortunately no resolution was provided. This was especially frustrating because my wife relies on internet access for work and had to find another location with Wi-Fi in order to complete her workday on Friday.The home itself was generally clean and well-stocked with kitchen essentials. However, there were no food storage containers, sandwich bags, or plastic wrap available. If you plan on cooking during your stay, I would recommend bringing or purchasing those items beforehand.The listing describes the property as a three-bedroom home, which is somewhat misleading. It is more accurately a two-bedroom home with a bonus room that is set up as a secondary living space. The additional sleeping arrangement is a pullout couch, which we found to be very uncomfortable. This is something potential guests should consider when booking.Overall, the stay was decent, and our experience would have been significantly better if the internet and TVs had been functioning properly. Faster communication and a more timely response to the issues we reported would have also been greatly appreciated.
