We LOVED this property and the neighborhood. I will likely book this again for next year. My adult kiddos (25&21) enjoyed it as well. We only had 4 adults staying and obviously had plenty of room. Didn’t use most of the beds. The location was perfection, the amenities were top of the line and the communication was 100%. They sent me a txt with all the necessary information…gate code, door code, WiFi password etc so I didn’t have to logon to the site. Easy peasy and lovely!

Family and I enjoyed our stay. It’s a wonderful location and the private beach was a huge bonus. It was a very short walk to the beach access. The neighborhood is BEAUTIFUL. The only reason I wouldn’t rate 5 stars is that the house was a little dirty on the outside (needs a good soft wash there’s algae growing on the stucco.) the inside layout is great. The third floor master suite is very nice. For the price I thought it would be a bit more fresh on the inside. There’s noticeable wear on the stares and walls. There is a mirror night stand in the master suite that was in pretty bad shape. The pool is nice and very clean. All together I give it 4 out of 5 stars.
