The property was nice. It is close to the ocean and as described by the host. Parking was easy and the location is pretty central to a lot of places in Lincoln City.

The property was clean and in a great location. It had all of the amenities needed for a great stay at the beach. Parking was easy and everything in the unit was operational. We really enjoyed our stay!

This property has a beautiful view of the ocean and is conveniently located in Lincoln City. Checking out without having a list of things to do is a nice plus. The management team was very responsive when I did reach out to them. I didn't give it more stars for a couple reasons. We had two people in our party that had food allergies so we ate most meals in and the kitchen isn't equipped very well and items need to be added and upgraded. One of the beds sags in the middle, so ended up sleeping on the couch. It sits above the basement pool and is noisy so it is hard to hear the ocean as well as it warms up the condo that doesn't have air conditioning.
