Your vacation home on the 4th floor of the Berolina building is suitable for up to 4 people:
- Entryway with coat rack
- Living room/bedroom with a comfortable corner sofa,
TV, and direct access to the furnished balcony facing northeast
- Sleeping area separated from the living room with a double bed (2 single mattresses, 90x200 cm, with a continuous topper) and a closet
- Separate bedroom with a bunk bed (2x90x200 cm) and a closet
- Fully equipped kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, and dining area
- Bathroom with a bathtub

Swim in the on-site swimming pool (15 m long, 8 m wide, and 1.20 m deep, with a separate toddler pool, for the exclusive use of guests and owners of the Berolina), relax on the sunbed (for a fee), work up a sweat playing table tennis (please bring your own paddles), test your accuracy at darts (please bring your own darts), panoramic views of the Baltic Sea from three rooftop terraces...

Relaxation begins the moment you arrive: Park your car in the building’s underground garage (1.85 m clearance) and reach your apartment comfortably by elevator.

On floors 1 through 4, there are coin-operated washing machines and dryers for shared use.

Smoking is permitted only on the balcony!

Additional amenities:
You can store the bicycles you bring with you in one of the two basement rooms in Building An or in the bicycle storage room on the first floor between Buildings An and B. In Building D, there is a shared laundry room with a washing machine and dryer (for a fee) on each of floors 1–4. The accommodation includes one parking space in the underground garage (185 cm clearance height).

IMPORTANT - Good to know: The swimming pool will be closed in 2027 from calendar week 01 through calendar week 11!
