Awesome location - loved Dog Days next door. We had a lot of issues with bugs, specifically in the showers and bedrooms downstairs and most of the furniture was very worn and chipped. The toilet paper holder in the main floor bathroom fell off the wall when used for the first time and the basement bathroom drawer cover also fell off. Some cabinets were hanging on very loosely and crooked. I don’t think most (if any) of the beds in the basement bedrooms were actually queen size. Crumbs were all over the counter in the kitchen, mostly by and under the toaster. I would say this place needs a major update and deep cleaning. Overall we did have a great time and really enjoyed the outdoor decks.
